For every Sunday in April, the inn offers a fixed menu for lunch that features a cuisine rich in intense and full-bodied flavors with ingredients from the Madonie area.

If you want to unplug and enjoy a relaxing day, every Sunday in April the Locanda Alte Madonie offers a fixed menu lunch full of authentic flavors that celebrates local products, perfect for sharing a special moment with family and friends.
The proposal includes the following menu:
ANTIPASTO
- Fresh ricotta and artichoke flan, pecorino fondue, crispy bacon and mint sauce
FIRST
- Fresh pasta busiate with red ragout of pork and beef, Madonie and buffalo stracciatella
SECOND
- Pork cheek, its reduction and roasted potatoes with rosemary
DESSERT
- Strawberry ice cream with whipped cream
